At 1331 hours, dispatch received multiple calls from a permanent care facility (memory care facility) that someone was in the lobby with a gun. As officers were en route, updates came in that the suspect was the husband of one of the residents. The husband took his wife and left the facility, unknown if against her will or not. Officers, with the assistance of KCSO, located the suspect and his wife driving in Burien, where he was stopped and taken into custody without incident. The wife was extremely confused, unable to care for herself, and uncooperative with Officers and CSO’s on scene, refusing to go back to the care facility with them. Instead, she wanted to be released to “walk home,” where she no longer lives. Based on this, the wife was ITA’d
