At 1348 hours, officers were advised of the location of a Turo rental vehicle in which the keys had been taken by force within city. Live updates of where the vehicle was given, and officers located the vehicle. Two suspects were located and detained. During the detention of one of the suspects, it was determined that she had a 5k warrant from King County for Organized Retail Theft in the 1st degree. When the suspect was arrested, she started thrashing around and assaulted an officer. Due to her irate behavior AMR was called to transport to KCJ. AMR reported she was unresponsive to them and was taken to HMC for medical clearance before booking into KCJ. Screened with 222.

At 1411 hours, officers responded to a reported collision. Upon arrival, they learned the suspect had followed the victim from the University district to the Fremont area. The victim got out of his car. The suspect intentionally drove his motorcycle into the victim. The incident started as a road rage with the suspect making racial slurs at the victim. The suspect was arrested and transported to King County Jail. The suspect was declined but will be booked upon being medically cleared.
