At 0011 hours, a victim ordered some food from a street vendor when the suspect came up and asked for half the food. The victim and suspect walked away southbound, when the suspect asked the victim if he used cocaine. The victim replied yes and they went to an isolated area, the suspect then pulled out a black handgun and pressed it against the victim’s stomach. The suspect then took $40.00 and the victim’s identification documents and ran off.

At 0930 hours, detectives and CRG officers arrested a suspect for four counts of cyber harassment, four counts of identity theft in the second degree and two counts of hate crimes. The Detectives and Officers also executed a search warrant on the suspect’s residence.

At 1600 hours, East Precinct worked with GIU for a retail theft operation at the QFC (1401 Broadway). Nine arrests made total; one felony arrest, numerous narcotics arrests, numerous warrant arrests and $300 worth of store merchandise recovered.
