#2026-91525/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/S3:
At 0204 hours, officers responded to a male suffering from a drug induced crisis inside a home. When Officers contacted the male, he lunged at one of the officers, grabbing hold of the magazine case on the Officer’s belt. Officers were able to detain the male without further incident and male was transported to KCJ where he was subsequently booked for Felony Assault on an Officer.
#2026-92547/North Precinct/Third Watch/N2:
At 0227 hours, officers responded to an assault/possible robbery in progress in the 14100 Blk of Linden Ave N. The caller reported approximately 7 males assaulting another male. Officers arrived and located the downed victim who had been struck and kicked in the head and body multiple times. On-site security had intervened and the suspects fled prior to police arrival. SFD responded and treated the victim for multiple lacerations, loose teeth and a possible head injury. Victim transported to HMC via AMR.
#2026-92587/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F1:
At 0323 hours, officers responded to the 5900 block of 16 Av Sw, when a woman ran to her neighbor’s house claiming to have been the victim of assault at the hands of her children’s father, with whom she lives. Officers were told that he was still in their home, with two of their children, and that he had over a dozen rifles in a gun safe. Officers contained the house, and requested HNT, who responded to the scene. The male half eventually exited the residence and was detained by officers. He provided evidence that not only cleared him but provided probable cause to arrest her for misdemeanor assault, DV. She was booked into KCJ, and he was reunited with their children.
