#2026-113254/North Precinct/Frist Watch/JK3:

At 0543 hours, the suspect entered the 76 gas station, put a handgun to the neck of the clerk, and took cash and vapes when behind the counter. The suspect left the area, southbound, on foot and remains at-large. Robbery Unit notified.

#2026-113267/East Precinct/First Watch/G2:

At 0630 hours, multiple callers reported hearing shots fired in the area of 25th Avenue South and South Washington Street. Witnesses provided video showing multiple shots being fired from a silver hatchback sedan as it drove southbound on 25th AV S. There were no known victims or property damage. The shooting did not appear targeted and was likely aimed upward. The firearm was said to be a rifle. Officers found multiple rifle shell casings in the 200-300 blocks of 25th Avenue South Additional witness reported seeing the suspect vehicle continue southbound and park in a shared driveway in the 700 block of 25th Avenue South. Four males were reported to have exited the vehicle and entered one of the surrounding homes. Ofc located the vehicle at the reported location, but the vehicle soon drove away. They attempted to stop the vehicle, but it did not comply. Officers did not pursue. GVRU detectives notified. Patrol completed their investigation and processed the scene.

#2026-113653/West Precinct/Second Watch/D3:

At 1451 hours, harbor patrol officers responded to 1001 Fairview Ave N for reports of an unresponsive kayaker. Harbor officers located the person near Moss Bay Kayak (MBK) rental. A second kayaker was struggling to hold the victims head out of the water. The subject was wearing a life jacket but appeared to being incoherent and struggling; possibly having a seizure or other medical emergency, and he was panicking. Harbor officers grabbed him from the boat, but due his physical size and struggling resistive behavior officers and the citizen were unable to pull him from the water. While waiting for additional assistance for other harbor units the subject continued to struggle and pull away from help. The subject eventually pulled out of his life jacket during the struggle. Two Seattle Fire rescue swimmers swam out from shore and helped pulled the man into the boat, He continued struggling and trying to climb out of the boat. He was taken to the MBK dock and passed over the patrol officers and firefighters. SFD evaluated the subject. His friends stated he could not swim and suffered from seizures. He was also evaluated for hypothermia due his extended time in the cold water.

#2026-113899/South Precinct/Third Watch/S2:

At 1942 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call near the intersection of 55 Avenue South and South Grattan Place. Officers found shell casings in the parking lot. Near the intersection, officers also located another group of casings. Witnesses noticed two vehicles that fled the area after the shots occurred. At the time of the investigation, SPD did not locate any victims. GVRU detectives were notified.
