At 0608 hours, multiple 911 callers reported shots fired around North 102nd Street and Evanston Avenue North. Officers conducted an area search and located evidence. A witness described a blue sedan speeding away from the area immediately following the gunfire. No GSW victims or property damage were located. Officers photographed the scene, collected evidence, and canvassed for video. The Gun Violence Reduction Unit responded to the scene, and 221 was notified.

At 1315 hours, East Patrol responded to the report of a shot fired outside the listed location. Officers searched the area and found evidence. No victims of GSW and no property damage observed. The incident may be related to a house party that had recently cleared out. However, there were no witnesses that could/would provide further evidentiary information. Officers processed the scene. GVRU notified via email.

At 2232 hours, a man walked into a convenience store in the 9000 block of Delridge Way Southwest, pointed a small black handgun at the clerk, demanded money from the register, and fled northbound with cash. K-9 responded but the suspect is thought to have run into a vehicle.
