At 1021 hours, KCSO detectives were serving an eviction order when they heard a shotgun racking while speaking to the suspect from outside his bedroom door. Detectives backed out and a shot was fired from the bedroom by the suspect followed by two more shots. SPD arrived to assist by providing a perimeter (KCSO requested no further resources). The suspect was taken into custody without further incident after KCSO TAC30 units arrived. KCSO case #C26018565.
