At 0910 hours, Seattle Parks employee called 911 to request officers pick up numerous shell casings located at Seward Park. Officers responded and completed the report while recovering the shell casings (25 total) and placing them into evidence. There was prior 911 calls (26-209678 and 26-209753) near Lake Washington from 2300-0130 hours earlier regarding fireworks/possible shots fired. No property damage and no possible shooting victims were reported between the listed 911 calls and the time the shell casings were located. Based on the investigation, it appeared the unknown suspect(s) were firing shots in the air or towards the water on Lake Washington.
