At 2352 hours, dispatch broadcast a fast back for SFD in the 1800 block of E Yesler WY with an aggressive patient. Officers responded and detained a male with injuries to his head and face from a previous assault. The subject was assaulted at an unknown location and family found him in the stairwell of the building bleeding. The subject was brought to the unit by his family where he changed his clothes and wanted to leave. SFD responding to evaluate the subject’s injuries. The subject became agitated when he couldn’t leave and became aggressive with SFD. The subject was highly intoxicated and was transported to HMC for his injuries. No SFD personnel or officers were injured.
