At 1411 hours, officers responded to an assault call in the 5000 block of Fauntleroy WY SW. It was determined that no crime had been committed but one of the parties was extremely intoxicated. That subject went towards his car and officers initially stopped him. He stated he just wanted to grab some personal items from the car but ultimately jumped into the driver’s seat. Officers attempted to get him out of the vehicle, but he drove off. Officers then caught up to him and attempted to pull him over, but he eluded them and got on the West Seattle Bridge. Officers found the suspect had crashed into the wall on the off ramp for 4th AV S, disabling his vehicle. The ramp was blocked off, and officers attempted to gain compliance from the suspect. The suspect refused to follow commands and was armed with a knife. The suspect complied and exited the vehicle. He was taken into custody for Felony Eluding and DUI and was booked into KCJ.

At 1900 hours, officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired. A scene was located. Secondhand witness reported to one caller that a vehicle had been parked at a nearby intersection and then became involved in a dispute or disturbance with an unknown party, which resulted in the suspect firing multiple shots into the air. Patrol officers processed the scene and recovered and GVRU was notified. Suspect was described as a black male in his 40s or 50s.

At 1759 hours, officers responded to a subject roaming the neighborhood of N 81st and Freemont Av N. The suspect threw a rock through a house window, attempted to carjack a victim, caused felony property damage and attempted to get into several vehicles and chased moving vehicles. The suspect, once in custody also tried to assault officers and threatened them. The suspect was taken into custody and numerous victims of his criminal activities were interviewed. Further investigation revealed this is the same suspect that was arrested on 8-25-2026 for Burglary of the North Precinct following his DUI arrest on 8-13-2026. The suspect was booked into KCJ and charged with: ROBBERY, MALICIOUS MISCHIEF 1ST, MISDEMEANOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND AN OUTSTANDING BURGLARY WARRANT.
