#2026-288155/West Precinct/First Watch/K3

On 09/27/2026 at approximately 0500 hours, Officers were dispatched for a Threats call in an apartment complex. Officers contacted the victim, who is private security for the apartment complex. The victim relayed to officers that they had prior knowledge of this suspect being trespassed from the apartment complex and that they had previously been involved in a violent incident at the location. The victim relayed that they called because the subject had threatened to kill and shoot them, and had assaulted them. The victim was able to provide identifying information, along with a photo of the subject. Officers conducted an area check and located the subject near a bus stop. After a contact team was established, officers attempted to place the subject into custody. The subject failed to comply with the commands, and actively resisted being taken into custody. As the subject was being non-compliant, the subject assaulted the officer. The subject was transported to King County Jail and booked.

Officers responded to a felony harassment call at the Dicks Drive In (115 Broadway E). An unknown suspect slashed the victim’s tires and charged her with a knife over her political beliefs. The suspect is outstanding at this time. Video surveillance may exist but can only be obtained during regular business hours.

In the downtown area of West precinct, the caller stated he was in possession of an explosive ordnance left behind by his deceased father in-law. The Caller wanted to turn it over to the Seattle Police Department. ABS responded to the scene along with Fort Lewis EOD and took possession of the ordnance.

On 9/27/2026 at approximately 1920hrs, two males broke out the window to a community center in the 4500 block of 19 Ave NE. The two unknown males prayed fire extinguishers through the open window and were confronted by staff on scene. Upon being confronted, the two males fled the scene.
