On 9/24/2026, dispatch broadcast a robbery in progress in the 4500 block of 42 AV SW. The call stated 4-5 males were beating up a female and stealing her purse. It was immediately updated that the suspects and victim were driving away southbound on 42 AV SW, and they were both gone before officers arrived. Officers located the scene and a witness. Evidence was collected at the scene. Dispatch then broadcast that a female had walked into an urgent care, stating she had been assaulted by multiple people. It was determined she was the victim of the robbery. She stated she was walking back to her car when multiple people began to attack her and took her phone. Officers attempted to track her phone, but they were unable to.

On 09-24-2026, at approximately 1224 hours, officers responded to a shooting call in the area of Carkeek Park. The call reported several shots were fired and listed an associated vehicle and suspect description. The suspect was also wanted for an earlier burglary. Officers located the suspect driving then immediately fled from officers. Officers notified Seattle Dispatch and supervisor of the pursuit which was authorized. The pursuit ended when officers lost sight of the vehicle in Shoreline.
