At 1023 hours, 1000 hours, SPD West Bikes were conducting a proactive narcotics enforcement in the West Precinct area. The officers developed probable cause to arrest the suspect for Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (VUCSA) with Intent to Deliver. The suspect was arrested without further incident. During the search incident to arrest, the suspect was armed with a handgun, a Violation of the Uniformed Firearms Act (VUFA). The suspect is a convicted felon and is not supposed to possess firearms. Cash, narcotics (25.5G Crack), and the firearm were seized as evidence. Police booked the suspect into the King County Jail for VUCSA and VUFA.

At 1040 hours, a suspect walked up to a victim without warning and started pushing, kicking, punching, and spitting on another resident. The suspect was calling the victim a killer along with raciest and bias language prior and during the assault, the victim believes that race was the sole reason for the assault as there was nothing that led up to this incident. She was taken to King County Jail (KCJ) where she was medically rejected (stated she swallowed fentanyl just before she was arrested). Officers stayed with the suspect at HMC until she was cleared. After she was transported and booked into KCJ.

At 1044 hours, officers developed probable cause to arrest a suspect for a Hate Crime at a local apartment around Boylston/E Harrison St. HNT and SWAT assisted on the scene. SWAT placed the suspect into custody. The suspect was transported and booked into King County Jail.

At 2144 hours, officers responded to a report of shots in 3200 block of E Olive St. Police arrived and located evidence in the street. Suspect vehicle was only described as large white SUV. No victims, property damage or camera footage were located. Officers processed the scene. GVRU notified.
