#2026-121883/West Precinct/Third Watch/Q2

At 0053 hours, 911 dispatchers received multiple reports of a large fight disturbance with several involved subjects carrying handguns in the 900 block of Elliott Avenue West. What appeared to be gunshots were heard in the background by the call taker. Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) confirmed a large disturbance with subjects running from the area via cameras in the area. Officers responded and located subjects fleeing the area on foot and in vehicles. No injured victims were located. Two separate scenes were ultimately located and evidence was recovered. The Incident screened by the Gun Violence Reduction Unit detectives.

#2026-121998/East Precinct/First Watch/G3

At 0446 hours, dispatch received reports of an assault in near South Bush Place and Hiawatha Place South. An unhoused male was struck with a shovel and stabbed in his hand with a small knife by two unknown suspects that lived in the tent next to him. $10 was stolen from the victim during the incident. The victim was treated on scene by SFD and declined further medical attention. An area check for the suspects yielded negative results.

#2026-122031/North Precinct/First Watch/G3

At 0555 hours, 911 received reports of shots fired near the intersection of Linden Avenue North and North 107th Street. Officers arrived on scene and found evidence throughout the intersection. An eyewitness described a smaller white SUV fleeing the area after the shooting occurred. Another officer saw a similar vehicle circling the area shortly prior to the shooting and was able to get its license plate. Officers did not locate any victims or any property damage in the area. The officers thoroughly processed the scene and collected all available evidence and completed a detailed report. This shooting was believed to be vehicle on vehicle.  

#2026-122067/West Precinct/First Watch/D1

At 0716 hours, dispatch received reports of assault in the 2200 block of 1st Avenue in a Seattle Housing apartment. The male suspect invited the into the unit to use the shower. While they were together in the unit they got into an argument that turned physical. The suspect picked up a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the arm. The victim was found in front of the building, bleeding profusely. The first arriving officer immediately applied a tourniquet, likely saving the victim from bleeding out, according to Harborview Medical Center (HMC) staff. The suspect was arrested for Investigation of assault. A knife was recovered. While preparing the suspect for transport to King County Jail (KCJ), the suspect tried to resist by assaulting officers. One officer went to HMC due to exposure. The suspect was booked into KCJ after the HMC visit.
