
On August 25th around 1:00 a.m., a man reported to 911 that someone had pulled a gun on him during a road rage argument. As officers were driving to meet the victim, they spotted the suspect’s car in the Dick’s Drive-In parking lot on Broadway East. Officers arrested the driver, a 32-year-old woman, who admitted that she had been involved in the road rage incident and told officers there was a BB-gun in the car.
The woman was booked into King County Jail for felony harassment, and her vehicle was seized for a search warrant.
While serving the search warrant, police located a BB gun, and suspected meth and cocaine. Officers requested additional charges for the drugs that were found.
Detectives with the Gun Violence Reduction Unit will be responsible for the follow-up investigation.
