On October 21st at 2:16 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Pike Street, where a victim had been knocked unconscious by a man on the street, who then proceeded to kick the unconscious victim after the fact, as nearby people appear to have gone through the victim’s pockets. This was captured on surveillance cameras. An area check for the suspect was negative. The victim was transported to HMC and the incident was assigned to the Robbery Unit.

On 10/21/26 at about 8:30 p.m. CARE crisis responders were attempting to assist a subject in crisis in the area of 3rd Avenue Northwest and Northwest 86th Street when the subject they were assisting stole their CARE department vehicle. Officers responded immediately and located the stolen CARE department vehicle just a few blocks away. The driver of the vehicle was compliant and taken into custody without further incident.
