On February 21st, West Precinct patrol officers stopped an adult male at 2nd and Blanchard for engaging in narcotics activity. A search of the man’s name in the police database revealed that he had a Washington Department of Corrections warrant. Additionally, this same man was believed to be responsible for a bank robbery that occurred on February 20th in the 600 block of S Jackson Street. The man was booked into King County Jail for the warrant. The bank robbery investigation is still ongoing.
