On 4/20/09, at approx. 8:30 a.m., construction workers working under the Colman ferry dock , (Pier 52) located a body floating in the water. The workers contacted a Ferry employee, who called the Fire department. SPD patrol, Harbor Unit and The King County Medical Examiner (ME) also responded. It was determined that the decedent was an adult male. The ME took custody of the remains.
