Man stabbed in South Seattle

On August 22nd, at approximately 3:30 AM, South Precinct officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 4600 Block of South Henderson Street.  The victim was attending a party at that location when an altercation began.  The suspect, described as a 25 year old male, was being escorted off the premise when he pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the back.  The suspect then fled the scene in a dark colored SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer.  Officers did locate a knife at the scene, believed to be the weapon involved.  Seattle Fire responded to the scene and provided treatment for the 30 year old male victim.  He was then transported to Harborview Medical Center.
