Victim robbed of her I-phone in South Seattle

On June 10th, at approximately 10:00 PM, a 21 year old female was walking westbound on South Dawson Street from Martin Luther King Jr. Way South after getting off the bus.  As the victim was walking up the hill, she was confronted by two suspects.  One displayed a small silver handgun and demanded her iphone.  After handing over the phone, the suspects fled and the victim ran home where she called 911.  Officers responded quickly and set up containment for a K9 track, but the suspects were not located.

The suspects were described as a black male, late teens-early 20s, short hair, muscular but thin, black t shirt, grey shorts. He was armed with the gun.   The second suspect was described as a black male, late teens-early twenties, no further description.

Robbery detectives will now handle the follow up investigation.
