On June 13th, at approximately 9:15 AM, North Precinct officers responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress in the 2300 Block of North 63rd Street. Officers responded quickly and got a good suspect description from the witnesses which was broadcast over the radio. A suspect was stopped in the alley behind the residence. The suspect was taken into custody after he was positively identified by witnesses. It appears that the suspect may have burglarized three or four houses in the neighborhood. Some of the houses were occupied, one was not. Detectives from the North Precinct also responded and are handling the follow up investigation. The 25 year old male suspect was later booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary.
