On November 24th, at approximately 1:43 am, West Precinct officers responded to calls of several shots fired in the parking lot of a restaurant located in the 1200 Block of Westlake Avenue North. Upon arrival, officers discovered four vehicles with bullet holes and found several shell casings on the ground. According to witnesses, it appeared to be two individuals shooting at each other. Witnesses stated that one of the suspects was shooting from inside a vehicle, described as a grey Dodge Charger, last seen headed northbound on Westlake Avenue North. The other suspect was described as a black male wearing a white sweatshirt, who was last seen walking through the parking lot. Officers conducted an area search, but did not locate either suspect. It does not appear that anyone was struck by the gunfire.
