Shooting downtown, both suspects in custody

On December 31st at approximately 8:40 p.m. officers responded to a shooting at 8th Avenue and Pine Street. Preliminary investigation indicates that there was some sort of disturbance between two groups of males near 8th Avenue and Pine Street. It is unknown at this time what precipitated the disturbance.
