Officers responded to a call of two men passed out in a vehicle in North Seattle. On 3/29/14, just shortly before noon, officers responded to a suspicious call of two men unresponsive in a vehicle in the 900 block of N. 42nd St.
Officers arrived with Seattle Fire and were able to wake the men who appeared to have been smoking narcotics. Officers conducted a check of the suspects for safety and located a handgun in one of the suspect’s front pants pocket. He (convicted felon) was arrested for Violation of the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA) as well as possession of narcotics (Methamphetamine).
Suspect 2 was arrested on a Robbery warrant. The vehicle was taken to the processing room pending a search warrant. Both suspects were booked into King County Jail.
The 25 caliber hand gun was recovered and submitted into evidence.
