West Precinct bike patrol officers arrested an armed felon early Thursday in Belltown after he pulled a gun on a man during an argument on the street.
Officers spotted a group of three men arguing at 3rd Avenue and Bell Street around 12:45 AM and watched as a 29-year-old man pulled a revolver out of his pocket and pointed it at another man.
