Narcotics Detectives Seize Drugs, Guns, And Cash From Nuisance Property Near North Precinct

Following up on community complaints, Narcotics seized drugs, guns, and cash from a chronic nuisance property in the Northgate neighborhood, just blocks away from the North Precinct.

After thorough investigation into complaints from community members and information from patrol officers, Narcotics detectives obtained a search warrant for a three-story rental in the Northgate neighborhood.

Detectives served the warrant on May 17, 2019, with the assistance of SWAT and North Precinct Anti-Crime Team officers.

Police arrested four suspects and seized a large quantity of drugs, including 152.4 grams of meth, 43.4 grams of heroin, 92 Xanax tablets, 36 morphine pills, 40 oxycodone pills, and 117 suboxone pills. Detectives also seized two handguns (one of which was stolen) and $2218.00

The owner of the rental house responded to the scene and informed detectives that an eviction notice would be served on the occupants.
