Police responded to a report of vandalism at City Hall Friday afternoon.
When officers arrived they spoke with building security who stated they witnessed two people use spray paint to damage the building facade. Police took a 13-year-old girl and a 25-year-old man into custody for the property damage.
Officers transported both people to the West Precinct where they released the 13-year-old to her parents and booked the man into King County Jail.
