Always game for the kids
Another year. Another chess tourney where the kids once again flexed their mental muscle. The Third Annual Chess Rumble took place this June at Van Asselt Elementary. The kids won 30 games to our 9. Needless to say we’ve already started practicing for next year.

Eid Prayer
Last weekend we had the honor of attending Eid prayer at the invite of the Islamic Center of Washington. Thank you for allowing us to be part of this fellowship.
PALin’ around in D.C.
Officer Aaron Lucas and Matt Roberson visited Washington, DC with three mentees from our local PAL program. They were on hand in DC for the National Association of Police Athletic Leagues conference.
