Detectives took a bunch of drugs off the street after they arrested a suspected dealer in Lower Queen Anne on Thursday.
Narcotics detectives, working in the Lower Queen Anne area Thursday afternoon, were looking for a woman suspected of selling drugs in the area. The detectives spotted the dealer, not surprisingly, making drug deals near the intersection of Warren Avenue North and Republican Street around 5pm.
Detectives called additional officers in to arrest the 30-year-old woman, who, police discovered, was carrying 67 bags of crystal meth, 178 bags of heroin, and a larger baggie containing a half-ounce of heroin.
Officers booked the woman into King County jail for narcotics charges as well as a felony auto theft warrant out of Minnesota.
