West Precinct officers conducted an operation on Monday targeting increased theft at a downtown retailer.
Police have received increased reports of shoplifting at the 2nd Avenue business. On Monday, officers detained six people at the retailer, ultimately booking three of them into the King County Jail for theft, narcotics possession, warrants, and other charges.
Officers continue to work with businesses in the downtown core to deter crime and ensure the safety of employees.
