Police continue to search for a man after he was heard yelling threats outside of a Georgetown haunted house.
Police were called to the 5000 block of East Marginal Way at 10:50 pm Wednesday night after people in line for a haunted house heard a man yelling threats to shoot people.
As police arrived they spotted the suspect run behind a nearby box truck where they lost sight of him. Police believed the man had hidden inside the truck and began surrounding it. SWAT units were called in and attempted to negotiate with the suspect. After hours of failed negotiations, police no longer believe the suspect is inside the vehicle.
Police will remain in the area and continue to search for the suspect. If you have any information in this case you are asked to call 911 immediately.
