Homicide Investigation in South Seattle

Homicide detectives are conducting the investigation after a 52-year-old man was  found early this morning next to a parked car with a gunshot wound to his head.

Just before 1:00 am,  a citizen stopped a South Precinct patrol officer and advised of a possible intoxicated driver passed out next to a vehicle in the 4200 block of South Willow Street.  The officer responded to the location and discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to his head.  Seattle Fire Medics responded to the scene and declared the victim deceased.

Homicide and Crime Scene Investigation detectives responded to the location to begin their investigation and process the scene.
