Police arrested a 45-year-old man this morning and recovered a handgun, which investigators believe the man fired in an incident outside his Madison Valley home in September.
On September 26th, police received a report that the man had fired shots at a woman in a vehicle near 30thand E. Thomas. No one was struck by gunfire, but the woman’s vehicle was damaged.
After investigating the case, detectives and SWAT served a warrant at the man’s home in the 200 block of 30thAvenue East this morning and arrested him. Police recovered a handgun from the man’s home and booked him into the King County Jail on a warrant related to the case.
