#2020-324157/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

On 11-20-2020 at 0027 hours, a male was sitting in his vehicle when a suspect drove by and shot at him four times. The victim’s vehicle was hit all four times, with the front passenger door being hit three times and a tire once. The victim was not injured. The victim said that he believes the suspect tried to kill him because he was there to testify in a court case.

#2020-324214/South Precinct/First Watch:

On 11-20-2020 at 0346 hours, a male suspect entered an apartment via an unlocked bedroom window. Victim 1 (adult male) confronted the suspect and wrestled him to the ground. The suspect pulled out a knife and attempted to stab victim 1. Victim 1 (V1) suffered a cut to his left hand and right shoulder. V1 injuries were minor and only required a couple of bandages. Victim 2 (brother) heard the commotion and ran to the bedroom and confronted the suspect. The suspect maced both victims and ran away. There were an adult female and a young girl in the apartment at the time of this incident. They were unharmed but felt the effect of mace. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. A local news camera was on scene.

#2020-324757/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 11-20-2020 at 1727 hours, a male reported that he was walking his dog and made a kissing sound towards the animal. The suspect was nearby and made a bias remark and threatened to assault the victim for making the kissing sound. The victim was in fear of being assaulted. The victim went inside and called police. The suspect was not located on an area check. 

#2020-324864/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 11-20-2020 at 2016 hours, a male reported that he recently bought several food items from a store near 3 AVE and Bell ST. The suspect approached him in an alley and demanded the food and any money the victim had. The victim had no money. The suspect pulled up his jacket to reveal a silver handgun. The suspect fled on foot and was not located.
