#2021-001370/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 01-02-2021 at 2107 hours, a group of 4 males with weapons surrounded a growth house. They announced themselves as DEA agents. The people (victims) inside the house confronted suspects with knives and chased them off. One of the four suspects fired a shot but did not hit anyone or property. No shell casings found. There were no injuries and no damage. Officers detained four subjects and released them (two at the scene and two at the precinct).
#2021-001436/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 01-02-2021 at 2330 hours, an incident occurred that was related to 21-1370. After incident 21-1370, three victims were leaving the growth house in 3 different vehicles. Victim 1 was driving a RAV4. Victim 2 was driving a minivan. Victim 3 was driving a Honda SUV. As they were approaching 28 Av S, a group of males with guns blocked the victims’ convoy. Victim 1 drove away leaving Victim 2 (his wife) behind. Victim 2 was robbed, carjacked and pistol whipped. Victim 2 ran barefoot to a nearby gas station and asked the clerk to call 911. Victim 3 saw what happened and sped away before the suspects could get to her. Victim 1 drove home and called 911. Victim 3 drove to the South Precinct. Victim 2 sustained minor injury and was treated by Seattle Fire. An area check was negative for the stolen/carjacked minivan or suspects.
