A 58-year-old man was wounded in a shooting late Monday in South Seattle.
Around 11pm, police received 911 calls after witnesses heard a loud bang in the 4600 block of South Graham Street, followed by a man yelling he had been shot.
The victim was gone when police arrived a short time later, but officers were able to contact him after he arrived at a nearby Fire Station with a gunshot wound to his leg. Medics treated the man and transported him to Harborview Medical Center.
Police spoke with witnesses, gathered evidence at the scene, and learned the victim may have been targeted by a known suspect following an ongoing dispute.
