Detectives Need Your Help Identifying Lake City Pot Shop Robbery Suspects

SPD Robbery Detectives and the FBI are seeking information on an armed robbery at a Lake City cannabis shop.

On November 18th, witnesses and victims called 911 at approximately 11:30 PM and reported three armed suspects had just stolen cash and marijuana from the store. Surveillance video shows the suspects approach the store with guns drawn.

One suspect, who lost a flip-flop during the incident, jumped over the glass display case and entered a secure area.  The suspect then held an employee at gunpoint and forced him to open the store’s safe. A second armed suspect went straight for the display shelves and fled with cannabis cookies and other pot products. The third suspect hit an unsuspecting customer in the head and held him captive on the floor with a gun to his neck during the robbery. The suspects stole over $7,000 in cash and product.

The Seattle Police Department and the FBI Task Force are looking for any tips that will lead to the identification and arrest of the pot shop bandits. Please call 206-233-5000 or contact the lead case detective at SPD7703@seattle.gov with information.
