Detectives Seeking Help Identifying Rainier Armed Armed Robbery Suspect

Police are seeking help identifying a man who pulled a gun on a clerk during a robbery at a Rainier Avenue gas station last month.

On December 12th the suspect walked into the gas station, in the 6200 block of Rainier Avenue South, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash and the victim’s car keys.

The victim declined to give the man his keys, but turned over the register to the suspect, who fled the scene.

Detectives also believe a woman in an orange jacket, who was in the store at the time of the robbery, is connected to the suspect and are hoping you can help identify them. Detectives have identified and contacted a woman initially believed to be connected to the suspect and have cleared her of any involvement.
