#2022-044918/East Precinct/Second Watch:
On 02-21-2022 at 1510 hours, officers responded to the Seattle University campus for a report of a robbery of a student. The student victim was standing outside his car on campus when he was approached by two males who confronted him and one of them put him in a headlock. The victim said the suspects implied they had guns and demanded any money or valuables he had. When the victim emptied his pockets and had no money on him the suspects made the victim take out his cell phone and send several bank transactions to another account on a phone the suspects were holding. After the victim placed these transactions, the suspects allowed the victim to keep his phone so that he could send an additional amount later in the day. The suspects also found the victim’s address on paperwork in the car and warned him that if he did not send the transaction that they would shoot up his house at 1700 hrs. The suspects then left the victim and the victim called 911 to report this. Seattle University Security was contacted, and evidence was reviewed by officers that supported the victim’s claims. Officers investigated this incident and then responded to the victim’s address at 1700 hours in case the suspects followed through with their threats to shoot up his house.
