#2022-110249/South Precinct/Second Watch:
On 05-02-2022 at 1637, the juvenile victims were at the park located near 39 Av S/ S Juneau St. They were approached by two males wearing ski masks and sweatpants that demanded their belongings at gun point. The victims handed over their phones and were able to track them WB before being shut off. About 10 minutes later there was another robbery at 39 Av S/ S Alaska St, 2022-110258, where a juvenile was chased down and made to hand over his backpack. The suspect description was the same as the previous robbery and it is believed the suspects were in a vehicle.
#2022-110251/South Precinct/Second Watch:
On 05-02-2022 at 1640 hours, an SPD officer was responding to a priority one call {operating a marked SPD PIU}. The officer exited a parking lot in the 2700 block Rainier Av S and initiated a left, southbound turn onto Rainier Av S and struck a 35-year-old male pedestrian who was crossing mid-block in an area not designated for crossing (jaywalking). The officer provided aid until Seattle Fire arrived. The pedestrian was transported to HMC. He was alert, conscious and speaking to officers while receiving care at HMC; his condition was stable per medical staff.
