#2022-128696/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On 05-22-2022 at 0211 hours, the King County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting scene one block north of the Seattle boundary with Shoreline where three victims had been shot at a large party. There was a large, unruly crowd and KCSO requested a “Fast Back” by all available SPD Officers in the North Precinct. SPD responded and assisted with scene control and security until the crowd dispersed. All shooting victims are expected to survive, unknown if KCSO has any suspects in custody.

#2022-128708/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 05-22-2022 at 0228 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call near S Myrtle St and Rainier Ave S. According to the caller, their friend’s dog was shot. Officers arrived and contacted the caller. The caller and the other subjects inside the residence refused to provide any information on who was with the dog, who shot the dog, or where the shooting occurred. The dog appeared to be in stable condition and was going to be transported to the vet by the caller.

#2022-128765/West Precinct/First Watch:

On 05-22-2022 at 0432 hours, there were reports of one person shooting at another person at 419 Occidental Av S. Officers spoke to a witness who said he saw person(s) running towards a red Ford Explorer. No victims were located. Evidence of a shooting was recovered. Broken window located.

#2022-128768/West Precinct/First Watch:

On 05-22-2022 at 0444 hours, officers responded to 2/Pine for a report of shots fired. Officers located a damaged window. When the keyholder arrived, she reported pieces of artwork stolen including a brown marble cougar valued at $4500 and a large carved moose antler valued at $3800. Evidence of a shooting was recovered.

#2022-129315/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

On 05-22-2022 at 1859 hours, multiple callers reported shots being fired in the 4100 block 25 Ave SW. Various suspect and vehicle descriptions were provided to 911. Officers arrived and contacted witnesses who observed the shots being fired. They reported a suspect wearing a mask was walking on the sidewalk when he stopped and fired a handgun multiple times towards a duplex residence. Two victims were sitting in the front yard of the duplex when the shooting began. The suspect then removed the mask and hastily walked westbound from the scene before walking out of sight. Evidence of a shooting was located. Both units of the duplex had bullet damage and an unoccupied home being built had also been struck. The occupants of the home were not injured. The incident was screened with GVRU. SW patrol processed the scene and collected evidence. An area check for the suspect was conducted with negative results.
