#2022-178357/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 0220 hours, officers responded to report of shots fired. Upon officers’ arrival in the area a resident updated the call reporting she had collected evidence of a shooting in front of her house. Officers recovered the evidence. Three of the homeowner’s vehicles were damaged by the fired rounds. A person was seen firing rounds and getting into a vehicle and driving away. GVRU was unavailable.
#2022-178351/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 0201 hours, a restaurant employee called 911 to report that a customer had pulled a handgun and threatened to shoot him. Officers responded to the scene, formed a contact team, and addressed the suspect who then fled on foot. During the foot pursuit, an officer tripped, fell, and sustained a broken hand. Other officers caught up to the suspect, tackled him, and took him into custody. Suspect was in possession of a realistic replica Glock BB gun. Suspect booked for Felony Harassment into Snohomish County Jail due to KCJ being closed. Type II Use of Force investigation completed and injured officer transported home by on-duty resources after being discharged from hospital.
#2022-178434/South Precinct/First Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 0624 hours, officers responded to 7500 MLK. Jr. Way S., Shell Station, for a stabbing that was associated with the tiny homes at 7544 MLK. Jr. Way S. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries to her right thigh. First aid was provided by the first officer on-scene until Seattle Fire arrived. The female was transported to HMC for additional medical treatment. An area check for the suspect was conducted with negative results. A further canvas of the tiny homes was done in an attempt gain information regarding the identity of the suspect.
#2022-178581/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 0934 hours, a vehicle SB on Roosevelt Way NE ran into a building on the corner of NE 73 St. The driver was uninjured. The building sustained significant damage. Seattle Fire took control of the scene for building stabilization. Roosevelt will remain closed for several hours.
#2022-178605/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 1006 hours, a bicyclist was hit by a car at the onramp to SB Aurora Av N from Fremont Av N. The bicyclist sustained a possible fractured right leg, the car was last seen SB on Aurora Av N. The bicyclist was taken to HMC for treatment. TCIS notified.
#2022-178984/West Precinct/Second Watch:
On 07-11-2022 at 1723 hours, officers were dispatched to an assault in Westlake Park. Officers located a victim and witness. The witness stated that the suspect yelled bias remarks and walked towards them. The witness was able to move away from the suspect. The suspect then punched the victim in the torso area. The victim and witness stated that they felt the suspect targeted them because of their race. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into King County Jail for a Hate Crime Offense. Officers located a second victim and charges were requested for Assault 4.

On 07-11-2022 at 2135 hours, officers responded to report of shots in the area of 5 Av S / S Donovan St. Officers arrived and located evidence of a shooting. Following a search, no injuries or damage could be located. Officers processed the scene.
