Suspect Arrested for Threatening Victim with a Baseball Bat Downtown

At approximately 11:40 a.m. Seattle Police officers were flagged down near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and James Street by a 44-year-old male victim who stated a man threatened to kill him with a baseball bat.

Police reviewed video footage of the incident and developed probable cause to arrest the suspect for harassment.

Officers contacted the 47-year-old suspect and recovered a baseball bat. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into King County Jail.
