Seattle Police responded to a report of a found body in the 2600 block of Southwest Thistle Street Saturday morning.
Shortly before 8:30 a.m. Police arrived and located a deceased male in the parking lot of Chief Sealth International High School. Officers spoke to the 911 caller who said they were walking their dog when they found the victim.
The victim is a black male who appears to be in his early 20s.
Officers secured scene until Seattle Homicide Detectives and The Crime Scene Investigation Unit arrived.
Seattle Homicide Detectives will be leading the investigation.
