#2023-159694/East Precinct/Third Watch:

On 6-9-2023 at 0005 hours, officers responded to a shots fired call but confirmed it was actually a vehicle fire in a driveway which spread to a residence. The three occupants were able to evacuate themselves. SPD ABS notified.

#2023-159735/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0114 hours, officers found a single vehicle collision into a pole near the intersection of Rainier Avenue S/S Othello Street. The vehicle was unoccupied, and no one was seen around the car. Officers also found bullet damage to the vehicle which was impounded.

#2023-159804/North Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0341 hours, officers responded to a convenience store robbery involving an armed suspect. The suspect threatened the clerk with a gun while demanding money from the register, then ran out where two others were waiting and left in a vehicle.

#2023-159960/East Precinct/First Watch:

At 0926 hours, officers responded to a female in crisis at a hospital. While waiting for an ambulance to transport the female, she bit down on an officer’s arm. The suspect was placed under arrest for assault 3 and booked into KCJ.

#2023-160271/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1439 hours, officers were dispatched to a robbery call at a business in the South Lake Union neighborhood. The victim caught the suspect taking cash out of the register. When confronted, the suspect implied that he had a firearm in his waistband, then threatened to shoot the victim before leaving with money. Officers found the suspect a short distance away and booked him for robbery.

#2023-160637/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2035 hours, officers responded to a reported shooting at 22nd Avenue/E Alder Street. Units located evidence of a shooting in the street just west of the intersection and contacted witnesses who provided suspect vehicle descriptions. No suspects were found despite an area check.

#2023-160781/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2316 hours, officers responded to the area of 4th Avenue S/S Walker Street for a report of shots fired. Arriving units located evidence of a shooting and talked with witnesses who said the occupant of a vehicle and a man on foot exchanged gunfire. A subject later arrived at HMC with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
