#2023-244111/East Precinct/First Watch:
On 8-24-2023, at 09:38hrs, East Precinct officers responded to a subject in behavioral crisis. Officers arrived and found two subjects struggling with one another in the apartment. Officers separated the two subjects. The subject in behavioral crisis was taken into custody but assaulted officers during the detainment. The subject was placed under arrest for assault.
#2023-244177/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 11:00hrs, camp counselors 911 to report a 13-year-old male had been missing for one hour. Police completed a search of the South Lake Union area, interviewed several campers, and called the missing child’s parents. It was discovered the child had been picked up by his father.
#2023-244525/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 14:00hrs, Community Response Group conducted a narcotics operation in the Downtown core that resulted in five felony arrests. The arrests included one department of correction warrant and four violations of the uniformed controlled substance act. Officers seized a total of 9.7g of crack cocaine, 122.8g of fentanyl, and $403 in currency.
