2023-253503/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0144 hours, officers were dispatched to shooting call in R1. Officers arrived and located a victim with a gunshot wound to his arm. The victim was transported to HMC. The victim was not able to provide suspect information. GVRU responded to HMC and interviewed the victim.
