2023-255382/West Precinct/Third Watch:
The victim was driving on Harrison Street near Fairview Avenue N after leaving a bar. An unknown white Kia Sedan was also driving on Harrison Street. At one point the driver of the Kia, an unknown male, rolled down his window and flagged down the victim, then produced a black in color handgun and fired off two rounds over the victim’s vehicle, then sped off eastbound. There is no indication the suspect knew the victim. No shell casings were located, and no property damage was located after the location, and adjacent areas were searched. No surveillance video located, nor any witnesses. 213, PIO, GVRU, and CVTF were notified.
2023-255315/North Precinct/Third Watch:
A vehicle fired a round in the air at a busy intersection in Wallingford. No one was hit and the vehicle fled the area. Patrol processed the scene.
