Thousands in Cash and Thousands of Grams of Narcotics Recovered

After weeks of investigations, Seattle Police Community Response Group arrested a frequent narcotics dealer of the Belltown neighborhood. 

With the assistance from Narcotics detectives and Intel, police established probable cause to arrest the male suspect and serve search warrants for his residence and vehicle.  

On Friday September 29th, in the city of Des Moines, the search warrants were executed around 8:00 a.m. The 34-year-old male was taken into custody as he was leaving his residence in a vehicle.  

As officers were initiating the search of the residence, a second male was located at the residence and taken into custody.  

The search of the residence and vehicle recovered the following items: 

  • Approximately 2,748 grams of fentanyl (6 pounds) 
  • 532.4 grams of powder cocaine (1 pound) 
  • 33.7 grams of crack cocaine   
  • 31.5 grams of methamphetamine 
  • Approximately $3,655 in currency 

The 34-year-old suspect was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and the delivery of narcotics. The second male suspect, a 37-year-old, was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to deliver. Both suspects were booked into King County Jail.
