#2023-293384/East Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0139 hours an officer was driving when he was recognized by a suspect that was arrested for DUI two days prior. The suspect yelled at the officer and tried several times to strike the officer’s patrol vehicle with their car. The suspect eventually succeeded in striking the officer’s vehicle. The suspect was stopped and arrested by backing officers. The suspect later kicked a second officer while being secured to an AMR gurney. Suspect was booked into KCJ following a DUI blood draw.
#2023-293528/North Precinct/First Watch:
At 0714 hours, officers responded to a seven-vehicle collision on an arterial where there was extensive damage. One of the vehicles fled and may be related to an attempted carjacking in the vicinity. There were no serious injuries. The suspect vehicle is currently at-large.
#2023-293734/West Precinct/First Watch:
At approximately 1111 hours, SPD Officers arrived in the 1400 block of 3rd Avenue and located a Seattle Finest armed uniformed security struggling with a naked male. The suspect appeared under the influence of narcotics. SPD Officers took control of the suspect and requested SFD and AMR. The suspect was transported to the hospital for medical care.
#2023-293975/East Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1504 hours, officers responded to a 911 call regarding a stabbing in the 200 blk of Bellevue AV E. Upon arrival, they located a victim that had been stabbed several times as he was walking on a city sidewalk. West units and CRG located the suspect a few blocks away. When officer attempted to stop the suspect he ran from officers on foot but was detained and booked into KCJ for Investigation of Assault 1. SFD responded and transported the victim to HMC and is listed in serious condition.
#2023-294115/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1749 hours, two people met in Green Lake in order to complete a craigslist sale of a bicycle. During the transfer of cash, a blue Kia with unknown plates and 4 occupants pulled into the parking lot. Two exited and pointed handguns at the buyer and seller and absconded with over $5k in cash. Area check completed, no suspects located.
